Gateway Senior Living Community residents may pay rent through your Rent Café portal. If you have not already registered for Rent Café please contact the leasing office for registration instructions. Currently registered residents, simply login to your portal and click on the ‘Payments’ tab to proceed – it’s that easy! Please contact the office should you need any additional assistance.

Apartment Maintenance Request

The maintenance staff at Gateway Senior Living Community in Fishersville, VA would like to make living in your apartment as comfortable as possible. We are pleased to provide our residents with 24-hour emergency service and prompt attention to all non-emergency requests. At Gateway Senior Living Community, every Fishersville apartment maintenance call is treated as a priority. If and when you have a maintenance service request, please call it to our attention when it first occurs so that we can respond quickly and remedy the problem. Please remember that when calling the 24-hour apartment maintenance number after office hours and on holidays, you will reach an answering service. The answering service will ask you the nature of the problem and determine if it is a “true” emergency. Our personnel will then be contacted by the answering service if a true emergency does exist.
